Shortlist Submission
Before presentation to the client all shortlisted applicants will have successfully passed through stages exploring suitability, motivation, aspiration, cultural alignment and competency and technical questions.
Every individual on the final shortlist will have a Candidate Pack incorporating:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Extensive Consultant Interview Notes
- References x 2 (not current)
- Copies of relevant documentation (certificates, qualifications, ID, pay slips, etc.)
