The Executive Search Process

The fundamentals of a project are clear once a defined proposal and Memorandum of Understanding is agreed:

3. SELECTION

Intense selection process. Often incorporating Competency Based Interviewing, Testing and Psychometric Profiling, we finalise a shortlist of suitable applicants ready for delivery.
