New Employees
Tailor-made solutions of the complete placement process are available, including for example, an Interview only service, independent of our standard search & selection. We interview with or without you, at your preference, whether or not we have supplied any/all of the candidates. We are able to provide completely independent advice and direction on candidate selection. This can also incorporate salary/package negotiation, resignation preparation, presentation assessment and so on.
Existing Employees
If you have an internal applicant who wishes to apply for a new position or promotion, you may wish to review some or all of your team to discover who is capable of what? Johnson Knight has extensive methods to help you. As a totally independent party, we provide serious value added support that ensures maximisation of existing assets!
Profiling/Testing
There are also various levels of skills based testing, behavioural profiling and background/reference checking services available all with the same aim; to ensure the best candidates are realised and that the standard of final stage applicant is of an honest, superior and capable standard.
