Johnson Knight International was established because we were determined to provide a client first, delivery driven, executive resourcing solution and true consultancy for those operating at a senior level within the energy and natural resources sector only.

Our vision was to create a new and needed breed of boutique Executive Search consultancy operating in the fragmented Energy resourcing sectors, that is actually able to operate across the global community and not just in a single location, providing in-country expertise and by placing the client first.

Operating from a central single profit scheme and shared reward schemes, we have also eliminated competitive barriers between our consultants and global offices.
